Since I’ve been working with Active I’ve enjoyed being a door supervisor as I’ve worked really hard over the years to get to the position I am at and I am determined and willing to learn more about the company and the security industry and work my way up the ranks and progress as I’ve chosen this job not just for money but as a life career and I’ve had the privilege to be able to work with a multitude of amazing staff members who  have enhanced my ability and knowledge as a doorman and I can’t wait to get to know more in depth with my job as door supervisor

I worked for Active security since the company started. I can honestly say best company I’ve worked for, getting shifts on the system we have is really easy. Active are flexible when needed to be due to family issues. Management team are always on hand and help you if your in a bad situation, I struggled and still struggle with my mental health and have a lot of help when I’m feeling low. Active are like a family and couldn’t think of a better team to work for.

The reason I like working for active is that everyday is not the same day. Management treat you like family and will help you no matter what the situation is. No job is the same, one day you could be on a door and the next day you could be working a show at the open air. Your colleagues are like best mates! You always get to have a laugh whilst on shift.
