Availability: Evenings & weekends essential

Active Security Solutions North Yorkshire Ltd is recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to support licensed venues and late-night economy operations across York and the surrounding area.
This role is ideal for professional, reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining safe environments while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing entry and exit points to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Conducting security checks in line with licensing conditions
- Monitoring customer behaviour and managing crowd dynamics
- Responding promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Liaising with emergency services when required
- Delivering a positive customer experience while enforcing venue policies
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records

- Previous security experience is beneficial but not essential
Must Haves
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
