Wayne started Active in 2016 with co-founder James, Responsible for the finances, Wayne has ensured the business could grow sustainably over the years.
Perry joined Active in 2022 as an Area Manager
Having worked in the security industry since he was 18, Perrys expereince has given him a greater understanding of how operations run effectively
Matt joined Active in 2021
Matt comes from a hospitality background and has worked in the industry since he was 17. Matt is responsible for all things HR and supporting all areas of the business
Kevin became part of the Active team in 2022
Kev served 15 years in the british army as a vehicle mechanic (REME). Being NEBOSH qualified Kev is no stranger to health & safety and heads our company saftey council and compliance department
Oliver started with Active in 2022 as a Door Supervisor. Having worked in the security industry for just 6 years, Oliver is a great example of how our progression scheme works and has a bright future with Active
Emily has been with Active since its inception and has worked as a Door Supervisor, Security Guard and Event Supervisor before being promoted to an Area Manager in 2023
James is the latest Manager to join Active, He brings with him years of experience in working within the Hospitality sector
Darren joined Active in 2020 during the covid pandemic as a mobile security officer. With over 20 years expereince in the security industry, Darren brings a wealth of knowlege and experience to the team
Sophie joined Active in 2021 and has been responsible for the high standards of Vetting and Screening for all employees in the company
Katelin has proven herself since she joined in 2021 first working as a steward to now supporting the operations teams and supervising the Cleaners and Stewards within the company
Beth joined the company in 2024 to support the payroll and financing department whilst also supporting the office team
