Active Security Solutions North Yorkshire Ltd is recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to support a range of licensed venues, late-night economy sites, and events across Blackpool and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for professional, proactive individuals who take pride in maintaining safe environments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing entry and exit points to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Conducting security checks in line with licensing conditions
- Monitoring customer behaviour and managing crowd dynamics
- Responding promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Liaising with emergency services when required
- Delivering a positive customer experience while enforcing venue standards
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift logs

- Previous security experience is beneficial but not essential
Must Haves
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
